Payment milestones are tied to infrastructure progress. The official possession date is December 2030.

The pre-launch phase opened before the January 2027 launch. Buyers register interest and pay a booking amount during this period. They get priority plot selection at the formal January 2027 launch.

The formal launch is on 10 January 2027. Telangana RERA registration is expected at the launch. RERA confirmation is mandatory before sale agreements are signed. No physical work starts before the January 2027 launch.

The first visible work on the 74-acre Pulimamidi site is the perimeter boundary wall. This secures the full site before any internal work begins. Site clearing and ground levelling follow where required.

At 74 acres, the boundary wall covers a large perimeter. Completing it early defines the township boundary and protects the plot area.

The internal road network is laid across the 74-acre township. Roads connect all 1,100 plots and the central open-space zone. Each of the 1,100 plots is marked on the ground with corner markers as per the approved layout plan.

The three plot types — 1,200 sq ft, 1,600 sq ft, and 2,400 sq ft — are demarcated at this stage. Roads are wide and well-spaced for a township of this scale.

Underground water supply and drainage lines are installed along all internal roads. Each plot gets a water connection point at its boundary. The stormwater drainage network handles rainfall across all 74 acres.

Underground utilities are laid before road surfaces are finalised. This avoids cutting up finished roads later.

Underground HT and LT electrical lines are laid from the substation to each of the 1,100 plots. Each plot gets a power connection point at its boundary. Buyers can connect to grid power at possession without running long supply lines across the site.

Street lighting poles and fixtures go up along all internal roads. The main entry gate, security booth, and access barriers are built at this stage. Internal signage and road markings are completed.

The entry gate and street lighting bring the township to a visible level of completion. This is the stage buyers see as the project taking its final shape.

Prestige Pulimamidi dedicates approximately 9.84 acres to open green spaces. This covers parks, green buffers, and open areas within the township. The open-space zone is landscaped and fitted out at this stage.

The amenity areas within the open zone are completed here. The large 74-acre township gives residents generous common land around the 1,100 plots.

The Telangana government issues the layout completion certificate once all infrastructure meets the approved plan. Plot owners receive possession with all roads, utilities, and the open-space zone in place.

After possession, buyers may begin construction of their own homes. Construction must follow local municipal approvals and the setback rules in the approved layout plan.
